NAEF INTERNATIONAL MANAGEMENT INC.

While having the characteristics of a family business, NIM benefits from a solid experience in the selection and follow-up of real estate investments in an international environment.
NIM was established in 1986 by founders Jean Naef and Lise Meylan his daughter, as heirs to a long tradition. The company distinguishes itself by the quality of the relationships it maintains with a mindful European clientele, always concerned by the good balance of its assets.

Jean-Luc Peyrot joined the company in order to overlook its development and growth after having assumed for more than twenty years, executive and wealth management responsibilities within big international banks. Under his impulse, NIM strengthens its global asset advisory arm as well as its ability to propose tailor-made solutions.

The NIM Team

Jean-Luc Peyrot General Manager  

Graduated in Political Sciences at the Geneva University, Switzerland, and holds a diploma of the MIT, Sloan School of Management. Twenty-five years management experience within big international banks, both in Switzerland and abroad. Amongst other responsibilities he is also Chairman of the Swiss Chamber of Commerce in France.

Twenty years experience acquired through several banks and asset management companies in Geneva, Switzerland, and particularly in portfolio managing, investment strategies, securities trading as well as alternative investments such as hedge funds and funds of funds. In charge of portfolio analysis, alternative investments, investment advisory and strategies for financial assets.

3 years experience as director’s assistant in various fields such as finance and real estate. Jean Naef’s granddaughter and daughter of Lise Meylan, she joined the team in 2005 as director’s assistant and administrative/accountant secretary..
