NIM makes real estate evaluations and issues recommendations accordingly. NIM advises you in your transactions whether they might be in investment properties or participations in real estate
developments in Switzerland or abroad, and in your investments in real estate funds.

• ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENTS ADVISORY

NIM does the research, the analysis and the thorough selection of alternative funds corresponding to your specific needs and criteria. In addition, we offer to manage this part of your total assets’ allocation through a discretionary portfolio management agreement.
